I was extremely impressed with the service from the sales consultant to the installers.

Scott Morrison was the sales rep I bought the door from. I found Scott to be very well aware of why B&D doors are better than the others - and he ran through them all with me (even the basics). He was very friendly and showed initiative when selling me the product. Comparing Scott to all the others, Scott took the time out to help me with what I needed and even gave me his direct mobile number. Scott and his team were very prompt with getting back to me with quotes, receipts and follow up calls.

The installers did a great job and I was amazed with the honesty they provided i.e. I received a call from head office organising a time to gain access to the property and fix a minor problem I did not even know about - the installer lodged this matter himself.

I found that to be true customer service!

I will with no hesitation be referring family, friends and clients to speak to Scott to arrange a B&D garage door.
